We enjoyed the spacious setting and calm atmosphere. The surroundings felt well organized, great to spend quality time together without feeling rushed. Our room was super clean and cozy. It suited both adults and children. The nature and the atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff was AMAZING!!!
The pools closed relatively early. This limited our evening swim options. I wish the pool hours extended later into the evening, especially during the warmer months. Later pool hours would enhance the overall experience.

Amazing Family Stay!

My family and I spent several days here. The gardens were magnificent. The nature with ponds, fountains, pools was a unique mix. The staff was AMAZING!!! I found everyone to be friendly and very helpful.
During my visit, service felt somewhat reduced with limited restaurants open. The pool hours ending at 7 PM felt a bit early. I wish there was a bit more flexibility regarding these services for all guests.

Our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was large and included a clean shower with good water pressure. I loved how well everything was kept.
